An unforgetable Christmas

And for all the wrong reasons.

Our closest friend is dying with cancer.
We've seen it coming for a few months, but it looks like a matter of hours now.
Obviously, this is the worst time of year for him to check out.
For his family and friends, of course.

Then today we learned that another close friend's son-in-law committed suicide yesterday.

Leaves behind a wife and 4 year old daughter they adopted from Russia.

Sometimes life just sux.
Merry Christmas.

Sorry for the downer, but I had to vent.
