34. MFM posted something a while ago that might solve all of our problems.

Instead of having some expensive city repair crew coming by to fix the gaping crack across his street he simply went out and taped it together.

This could be the solution to all our ills. Fixing our crumbling infrastructure with duct tape, rescuing strained state budgets and creating millions of new jobs in the tape industry.
