Professional wrestling sucks!!!
I know there are millions of wrestling fans around the country, some so hardcore that they haven't missed RAW, Smackdown or TNA in years, but for me I think my days of watching wrestling are finally over after 30 years.

Wrestling has really gone downhill because very few wrestlers actually know how to wrestle. We have these brawlers who only know how to punch, kick, do an occasional body slam, and nothing else. All these beefed up men, who are steroid abusers, (yes they are), with their ridiculous gimmicks that are supposed to be entertaining are in reality, anything but. In today's wrestling world, if you don't talk well, it doesn't matter how good you wrestle, you're not going to be a top star. don't know how to wrestle, that's fine, WWE owner Vince Mc.Mahon doesn't care. I mean look at some of the champions, he's had over the years. Hogan, Ultimate Warrior, Randy Savage, Steve Austin, the Rock, John Cena, HHH, and today's champs, the Miz and Edge. Most of these guys would be embarrassed if they were to wrestle someone who actually knows wrestling holds.

The women are an absolute waste of time. Eye candy for the slobbering men who want to see these big chested, sexy, admittedly beautiful women put on a match that lasts less than 5 minutes. The women go around the ring, pulling hair, screaming a lot, while the fans sit on their hands and yawn.

But what really gets me is the actual time in the ring spent wrestling is maybe a quarter of the show. the other three quarters of the show are either commercials, or wrestlers talking. Take tonight for example. They started off the show with Cena in the ring, responding to what the Rock said about him last week. That took about 20 minutes. cut to commercial. First match, Morrison/Punk lasted 2:53. After the match, more talking from Punk. Randy Orton does a run-in. More commercials. Return. Alberto DelRio shows up to pose and prance around. He gets attacked by Kofi Kingston. DelRio beats up Kingston who sells am arm injury. Commercials. Return. Miz in the ring for more talking. Lasts about 10 minutes. More commercials. Return. Next is a Diva's match. Lasts 2:28. More commercials. Return. Sheamus V Mark Henry. Henry wins in 3:48. More commercials. Return, A Daniel Bryan vignette. Commercials. Return. Michael Cole interviews Jerry Lawler. Commercials. The last two matches were for the tag teams titles, with both teams getting a victory. First, Miz and Cena, then 2 members of the Corre. Total time, 14:20. So for a two hour, 5 minutes show, we saw wrestling action for 20:21.

So this is the main reason I will not watch wrestling anymore. If I want talking, I'll listen to long winded politicians, but all the WWE is, along with TNA, is talking and commercials. This is not my idea of entertainment.
