5. LOL that was exactly what I was going to say.
And frankly I know some people who are long in years but I would never think of them as elderly. So it's relative.

2. It's relative. Some people in their 60's are elderly, while others in their
80's aren't. I think it has more to do with attitude than years.

3. I am 72 years old and do not feel nor look elderly.
But younger people in their 20s and 30s consider those in their 50s elderly. Just wait, their time is coming.

friends, yes. But her, no.

6. Paul was 48 when we took a trip...
Because he's prematurely silver-haired they assumed he was a senior citizen and let him board the train first. (Admittedly he did have a handicap permit for the car so that would have worked, too.)
