You search TEH GOOGLE and there are a lot of pork tartare JOKES, but no good recipes.

I've had a pound of ground pork sitting out at room temperature for the last two hours while I've been searching.

If I don't find a recipe pretty damned soon, I'm just going to eat it "as is."

:-)

1. Just make a little Trichinosis sauce for dipping, and you'll be good to go.
Bon appetit!

2. MMMMM...DIPPING sauce. Do I need cilantro for Trichinosis sauce? Because I'm all out.
I do have some flat-leaf Italian parsley. Will that work?

:-)

4. Leave it to the Germans...
http://www.absoluteastronomy.com/topics/Steak_tartare

A variant of steak tartare (called tartarmad) is also present in Danish smørrebrød, where it is served on rugbrød (rye bread) with assorted toppings. In Germany, there is a very popular variant using raw minced pork called Mett or Hackepeter, which is typically served on rye bread or rolls, with the onions and pepper, but without capers or egg.

I knew they loved their Schweinfleisch, but :wow:

8. I can't believe they make microwaveable spotted dick.
Whatever happened to the good old days, when people spent hours making spotted dick from scratch? Kids these days have no respect for old-fashioned values. *grumble* *harrumph* *geezer*

9. Have it with a milkshake infused with raw egg. (We used to have that as kids and it never hurt).

12. It's fine if it's irradiated...

Get some cobalt-60 or caesium-137 from your friendly neighborhood nuclear scrap metal dealer or build yourself a powerful x-ray machine.

Don't skimp on the concrete shielding.

13. In addition to tasting great, it also takes on a lovely green glow
Maybe that's what was behind that whole "green eggs and ham" thing.
