I work with a man who prints EVERY GODDAMN THING he comes across

I am about to scream in frustration because he prints EVERYTHING; there is so much paper waste I could cry. :cry:

You can go to Print Preview to check how the page(s) will look, then print to CutePDF. If you want to keep track of what web page it came from and the date it was saved, you can set your printing preferences for web pages to include the date and URL.

What I find is that for many things, after I print to PDF I never think about it again. So not only do I save paper, I get the *need* to save stuff out of my system. ;-)

7. I only print page 1

and then write any other pertinent info from the e-mail onto the sheet.

I HATE the 1/2 page disclaimers that people add to their e-mails. What a waste!

And how about the people that sign business e-mails with "thanks, Greg". Greg who? Where do you work? What is your telephone #? Jeeesh...
