7. GPV is right -- it's good for you in relatively small doses.
. . . And I agree with Skittles -- good for eating a banana out-of-hand, too... dab o' PB (chomp) , dab o' PB (chomp ). etc. . . .

Just like any nuts and nut butters. Good for you, as long as you don't eat half the container in a sitting.

(when you buy something framed and they put those sticky price tags on that won't come off--rub with peanut butter and ready to go!)

you aren't allergic to peanuts. Peanuts are a pretty common allergen. I mean anaphylactic shock type allergen. (My son has it, which is sad, because I love peanut butter.)
