Just like any nuts and nut butters. Good for you, as long as you don't eat half the container in a sitting.

8. Little known use for peanut butter: removes adhesive on glass
(when you buy something framed and they put those sticky price tags on that won't come off--rub with peanut butter
and ready to go!)

14. Fine in moderation IF....
you aren't allergic to peanuts. Peanuts are a pretty common allergen. I mean anaphylactic shock type allergen. (My son has it, which is sad, because I love peanut butter.)

Because he is thin and a picky eater. It is healthy from a nutrient standpoint but high in calories.
