Is there any site where the play-money games aren't just loose as hell, with people going all in on anything??? It's starting to piss me off. Pacific, and Party Poker have both kinda sucked.

Is there a site with more serious people on it?

1. nope

and the same is true of low-limit games in real casinos and on-line. That's one of the hurdles you have to overcome if you want to play poker - you'll have to get past all the maniacs at the low-limits.

It can be done, but the variance tends to be high. It's a good chance to learn about starting hands and pot-odds.

2. aaaahhhh crap!!!

I'm a minor, running into the problem of not being able to play for real-money online. At this point, if I try, I can win any Hold 'Em tournament for play money. It's startin' to get boring. All you do is play tight, and beat them. Ugh..

but it really IS a good learning opportunity.

I see the same type of behavior in $100 tournaments, too. You have to learn how to deal with it.
