Haven't had falafel in a long time, but damn that was a good lunch :)

More like garlic with a dash of ground red pepper spicy.

16. It's usually eaten in a stuff piece of pita bread.

With some hummus and shredded lettuce and maybe a little onion and a white sauce called tahini, which is made mostly of seseme seed paste.

It's very, very good. Quite filling and very healthy.

20. If not at a middle eastern restaurant...

...then in a grocery store with an ethnic foods aisle, there are "instant" falafel mixes. Just add water, shape into patties and fry or bake. I KNOW the Central Market would have some, but regular HEB's might as well. If you have a Mediterranean grocery store, you can get the real thing.
