DU activists could focus on Henderson’s case as a surrogate for all such cases and flood senators and congresspersons with letters demanding Democrats investigate why any U.S. citizen should be involuntarily recalled to duty when Congress has not declared war.

What Bush is doing to Henderson is slavery and violates a basic right our government is supposed to protect not violate.
