Somebody Tell Rush Limbaugh - Costa Rica has Universal Health Care

You have probably heard that conservative talk show host, Rush Limbaugh said that if the health care reform bill passes that he might leave the country and go to Costa Rica. Would someone please tell Mr. Limbaugh that Costa Rica, like most industrialized countries, already has universal health care.
