New Hampshire Threatens December Primary
New Hampshire's secretary of state warned that he could set a primary date as early as December 6 unless Nevada moves back the date of its caucuses, NBC News reports.

"Bill Gardner, who has set the date of New Hampshire's first-in-the-nation primary since 1976, issued a memo calling Dec. 6 and Dec. 13 (both Tuesdays) 'realistic options' unless Nevada agrees to set its primary for Tuesday, Jan. 17 or later."

1. Oy.
We need to have some kind of rotating system for who goes first. New Hampshire's ego has gotten too large for their borders.

2. And who would go out in a NH winter to vote?
I lived there too many years, too many winters. This is insane. Even the First Tuesday in November weather has been bad enough to affect turnout.

3. December is *MUCH NICER* weather than the February freezes when we used to hold the Primary.
But now that elections are constant, I foresee a Halloween
Primary before too long; now *THAT* would be really scary!

4. Well, If the Climate Wasn't Changing, I'd Agree
I'm now in Michigan, and it used to be summer (or Indian summer) into November; now winter starts with a bang on Halloween...
