1. How about the GOP try something different, like not creating false
threats.
The Dems need to highlight that we have a "Defense" budget that is more expensive than the rest of the world combined.

2. Or a correllary novel idea.
Too much money spent on defense weakens our national internal security. If the Pentagon insists on gold plated bathrooms while the economy goes into the shitter, I don't see how this makes us a stronger nation.

Plus, Kerry needs to point out to the voters that just the money that the Pentagon is unable to account for over the last decade would fund them for half the next decade.

The RNC website has a link dedicated to oppositional research that throws a good amount of mud at every candidate.
