1. It's heading my way.....
But we have needed rain for a while. And jolly gee, hurricane season is just around the corner. Can't wait! :sarcasm: We were just recently gifted with a generator, thank goodness for the kindness of others.

3. And since Alaska is missing...
Edited on Thu Mar-01-07 02:52 PM by Blue_In_AK
It's cold and clear over the entire state today, with high wind warnings over much of the state, gusting to 60 mph in the Mat-Su Valley and 90 mph in the Copper River Valley. Anchorage is currently at 5 degrees with wind chills to -20. Temperatures over the past few days have ranged from mid plus 40s out on the Aleutians to mid minus 50s in the Interior.

:)

7. It looks like March is coming in like a lion.
We had this at about 3:30 a.m., before it really gained strength. Not much rain and thunder, but the tornado sirens were going off because radar had indicated some areas of rotation. No actual sightings or touchdowns, thankfully.

8. The snow is pretty bad here in the Twin Cities
But we need the precipitation to help with the drought we're having. Bring it on.
