Just not guidelines dictated by the U.N. which has proven too indecisive and fractured when dealing with these issues.

Would the U.N. EVER be able to get a consensus on the issues the author speak to when it is in the interests of the countries who do torture, falsely imprison and murder, to avoid having guidelines that work against their self-interest?

John Bolton is a neocon, chickenhawk asshole, but I am in agreement when he says that the U.N. is becoming irrelevant.
