It raises many more questions than it answers. Remember while watching that many of the human rights abuses documented occurred during the 80's while Reagan and Poppy Bush were helping prop Saddam up and actively preventing the Prevention Of Genocide Act (scroll down about 1/3 of the way down the page) from passing.
