Seoul, Washington delay signing of agreement over US base relocation
SEOUL, Feb. 14 (Xinhuanet) -- South Korea and the United States failed to sign an accord Saturday as schedule over relocation of the US military command in Seoul due to "language and other technical problems," said a joint statement released at the end oftwo-day South Korea-US military talks.

The two allies had planned to sign the deal at the end of the 7th round of the Future of the Alliance Policy Initiative (FAPI) talks on Saturday in Seoul, but they found that there still were minor details that should be addressed, the statement said.

"The two sides agreed that they have moved measurably closer toconcluding the necessary agreement and shared the strong desire toresolve remaining technical details as quickly as possible," said the statement.
