Ex-law student acquitted in Philadelphia shooting
A Philadelphia jury has acquitted a one-time law student of shooting a man six times in an after-hours sidewalk argument downtown.

7. He's from Virginia - VA has repriocity from PA

Probably carrying on his VA permit.

On edit - verified in news story. BTW another story has it as a .380

Ung, of Fairfax County, Va., near Washington, had a permit from there that allowed him to legally carry his .38-caliber pistol in Pennsylvania.
