Alan Dershowitz just managed to lower himself into the 5% most idiotic

On Scarborough, he opined, and I will paraphrase, that "the terrorists force us to kill their children." His rationale was that because they kill our children, it is our obligation, in fact it is the highest calling of democracy, that we defend ourselves by killing their children. "They force us to kill their children."

Every time I think that I will not be shocked nor surprised by what is spewed from these vile mouths, my jaw drops at the next great pearl of their wisdom.

NEVER EVER ANY justification for torture, I don't care what "specific and strict" parameters are set up. That's a slippery slope that a civilized nation such as ours should never, ever go down. I'm very, very disappointed in Dershowitz for this.
