C-Span provides all of their video online, the most generous network out there, and Rep wastes his own time reproducing it against copyright on YouTube. In fact, Rep's entire YouTube account appears to be complete reproductions of copyrighted works, which he then posts at his website, a site he sells advertising on. Naughty, naughty.
