Has anyone that ascribes to the inside job theory put together a rational cohesive narrative based on the facts of how this inside job was pulled off?

First, you are rigging your question here with the qualifiers "rational" and "cohesive". I suspect almost any explanation that you don't like will fall into one or both of these categories.

Second, 9/11 skeptics have put together a lot of evidence, but hardly have the complete picture of what happened. How are we to be expected to know exactly how everything was done?

Third, the simple fact is that the official story is false and completely untenable. So the alternative narrative is secondary to the fact that the official story is bogus, beyond any reasonable doubt.
