Clark reveals 125+ endorsements in Tennessee
http://49chevy.com/clark04/endorse1.html

“This list of Tennesseans who have endorsed Wes Clark’s candidacy clearly shows that General Clark’s message and values resonate with Tennessee voters,” said Congressman Davis, the first elected Democrat in Tennessee to officially endorse General Clark.

...The list of endorsers includes Marilyn Lloyd, a former member of Congress from Chattanooga, 10 state representatives, three state senators, more than a dozen elected officials on the local level, educators, grassroots activists, business owners, veterans, attorneys, ministers, military spouses, firefighters, environmentalists, and students.

Make that 126+; I'm endorsing Clark as well.

2. What is the big deal about endorsements?
Do you really vote based on someone else saying they like a candidate?

4. No, but it can help make up your mind...
if it's someone you already know and respect. I know Bradley's endorsement of Dean made me take a closer look and rethink things.

3. I wonder if it will harm Dean's lead in Tennessee, next door to Clark's
Home state.

7. Dean is leading TN?
Could you quote the poll data?
I haven't seen any TN polls yet, so I am really interested.

10. Yes, and we had stories of election tampering too
Mostly in Memphis - where there's a larger number of African Americans voting (imagine that).

12. But now it's Dean and Gore together!

Combined, they can lose by a bigger margin!

What strategy - kinda like this.

"Hey, Jim - can you hit a curveball?"
Nope - never could - why?"
Well, there's a guy pitching tonight who has a wicked curve."
"OK, I'll come over and give you some pointers."

13. That is impressive!
I really like the on the ground support. They're the ones who know what's what with the people in their state. Always figured Clark or Edwards would do best in these states. Maybe Edwards should start talking about the two countries as well, because I'm getting tired of the idea of having to have a southerner in office for the next 100 years.

16. That's GREAT!
The General keeps moving along...

Ya know, I don't go to the positive Dean threads and start spitting crap just to try to negate any positive feelings that the Dean supporters might be having - I simply don't understand why some of them feel the need to do it to us!

Dear Dean Supporters,

It is NO THREAT TO YOU if we are in a good mood! Let us have our conversations and share news without your interjecting utterly useless crapola into the thread!

I can understand your defense of Dean if a thread has ANYTHING to do with him, or your comments on Clark if we're talking about his positions on issues, but your negative participation on threads like this serves NO purpose other than to further divide the Democratic Party. Get a LIFE!
