Did the buggy and horse era precede the horse and buggy era?
Or were the Bush ancestors such clueless flip-floppers they hooked the horse to the back of the buggy?

up to date with technology?

He's like all the manager-types I ever knew, all of 'em believers in "efficiency studies" carried out by high-priced consultants. They never listen when employees who actually do the work tell them how to improve productivity.
