My LTTE on Bush and the Draft
Dear Editors:

George Bush was wrong about finding weapons of mass destruction in Iraq. He was wrong about a connection existing between Saddam Hussein and Al Qaeda. He was wrong about American forces being greeted as liberators. He was wrong about the number of troops needed to conduct the war. Now he wants us to believe that there will be no draft if he wins a second term. And the reason - because he says so? You will have to forgive me if I don't find that very reassuring, based on his record in Iraq to date.
