Have you notice the media pushing "statistical TIE" when Kerry is UP...
... within the margin of error.

I don't remember any mention of "statistical TIE" when Bush was up within the margin of error.

5. That may work in Kerry's favor
by making sure pro-Kerry voters don't become complacent. They know their vote will make a difference, so they will do what it takes to vote.

9. I wrote to AOL about it. They had the Zogby poll this morning...
The headline was something like--Bush has narrow one-point lead. Later on they had the AP poll, which showed Kerry ahead by three, and they called it a "tie."
