What I will do for the Gary Jarmin work
Tomorrow I have to go to work at 4am and pull lumber down. Among the things I must drop is plywood siding.

This is important because plywood siding comes with an 8-foot square cardboard overwrap, and we're allowed to take the overwraps home if we want them.

Using this huge hunk of cardboard, I can do a big wiring diagram of the groups tied to Jarmin, which should get us farther than we are now.

The only question: who goes in the middle, one of Jarmin's groups, the Free Congress Foundation, or the Unification Church? I think Jarmin's people should be in the middle because we're predicating everything off them. But promoting Weyrich or Moon to pivot man wouldn't bother me.

1. If you want to make an impression on people
who have no idea, coming in, what you're talking about, in my opinion -- start with Moon. Unlike Jarmin and Weyrich, everybody has heard of Moon and the Unification Church.

I cannot understand how the evangelicals have let Moon get such a death grip on the right wing. Twenty years ago, when I was still going to church, we were warned that Moonies/Unification Church people were a cult that kidnapped young people. Now they're all in league and the evangelicals and fundies aren't making a squeak -- I don't get it, unless most of them really don't know how many tentacles Sun Myung has stretched into the hard right.

Maybe they don't.

Please join our effort - we need your help. Yes it's huge now, and yes it needs to be organized again...something I promise I will be staying up all night to do, but it's solid evidence that we hope can bring Bush and others crashing down.

4. I know, BFB -- I've read the threads.
I usually do contribute to these threads when I find something, get a 'feel' for an avenue of research or somehow find a door to step in, but for some reason, I haven't seen anything yet that I can connect with anything else I know that hasn't already been mentioned and researched. If there's anything specific you'd like somebody to do, you can PM me and I'll see what I can manage -- usually, I 'fly by the seat of my pants' on this stuff, but here at DU, there's usually at least one other person who has the same resources I do.

7. Thanks nownow
I'll do my best tonight to organize this stuff. BTW, struck out at Fryes - family tree software, script software, they had merit to help organize all this, but just not powerful enough.

Time to get to work.

8. You might want to have somebody with more of a 'feel' for this
run down some of the stuff in this link, if nobody's posted it yet -- it brings Gary Bauer and Ralph Reed into the mix:

http://watch.pair.com/moon.html

I'm partially 'into my cups' tonight, this election cycle is killin' me, but there may be some information to be mined from this, if it's reputable and/or reliable. This may be simply a rehash of information you already have, I don't know ... I just had a feeling Gary Bauer might be connected to it, so I Googled him.

3. Moon has GHW Bush to thank for making him acceptable.
They used all the political tricks of control.

Moon buying that gun manufacturer and all those news studios made it easier, but mostly it was his millions of dollars in donations and funding of the evangelical leaders like Falwell and Tim LaHaye. No doubt BushInc directed Moon where to put his money for greater acceptance.

5. True -- and I think Moon going 'deep cover'
with guys like LaHaye and all those 'Christian' named organizations that have no genuine affiliation with Christianity probably erased the slime trail leading to him among evangelicals like the church I used to attend. I think you're probably right that Republicans taught Moon all he knows about covering his cult status tracks -- somebody sure as hell did something to cover for him, or to help him cover for himself. He found out a reputation could be bought, I guess. Zoroaster knows he had plenty of money to do it.

I've been out of the loop with the evangelicals for nearly twenty years, now. If I still paid attention to that stuff, I might have more to contribute to rooting through this tangle of connections!

6. Thanks jmow, and here's my suggestion
I believe the Council for National Policy (CNP) should start at the top. There are over 500 members of the CNP, including George and Jeb Bush, Gary Jarmin (who scams seniors with scary social security letters using Response Dynamics' turnkey scam system), a Ridenour (Amy Ridenour used to work at Response Dynamics, now scams people with a scary health insurance letter using Response Dynamics reliable turnkey scam system), and Tim Lahaye (founded the CNP, co-founder of Moral Majority, author of Left Behind books.

I believe that the CNP is our monster. Now think about it (and then organize accordingly) - what does our monster need in order to exist, in order to grow, and in order to completely take over this nation?

It needs a way to raise money - Jarmin, Ridenour, Response Dynamics, etc.

It needs a way to get the message out, and trash anyone who stands in their way - FOX news, etc.

It needs political power - Bush, Ashcroft, lobbyists, etc.

It needs to takeover the courts - Rehnquist, Scalia, etc.

It needs to keep as many Americans in the dark as possible so that we don't all wake up and realize America has become a fascist nation - spin artists, etc.

Please think about any more that might be vital.

And then organize accordingly.

And thank you - really!

PS - I forgot last night, so I'm signing off right now and going to Fryes (computer store) and look for software that helps map all this.

John

9. I found a webpage with a CNP directory on it...
and when you're right, you're right.

The CNP is so complex it's going to take months we don't have to go through it all, but it's the nexus.
