Illinois Dean Dozen against Henry Hyde has name left off sample ballot.
http://www.blogforamerica.com/archives/005388.html

SNIP..."Dean Dozen member Christine Cegelis is a Congressional candidate for District 6 in Illinois.

When Governor Dean asked millions of Americans to become involved in the political process, I listened. I asked myself whether I could allow the incumbent Mr. Hyde to face nominal opposition in a District which has seen remarkable demographic and geographic changes in our favor over his long career.

My decision to challenge a thirty-year incumbent has not been a walk in the park. But the dedication of Democracy for America members has propelled this race to the forefront of DuPage politics. Democrats in the Sixth District are energized and out in record numbers to prove that DuPage County is no longer the DuPage of the past..."

SNIP..."Let me be very clear. I do not believe this was a simple mistake. My campaign has scared Republicans in DuPage County. For the first time in recent memory, Henry Hyde debated a challenger this past Tuesday. They know Mr. Hyde is vulnerable and they realize voters in the district will demand change on November 2nd.

Illinois' Lt. Governor Pat Quinn immediately called upon the DuPage County Elections Commission to "rectify the blunder." But as of noon today, Mr. Saar has refused to apologize to the voters of the Sixth District...."

SNIP..."I need your help. If you have legal expertise in election law, please contact my Campaign Manager at pmogge@cegelisforcongress.com. We cannot let this go answered.

3. I don't know what she's polling at, but better than originally thought.
You are right, one characteristic in common.....they are fighters and do not sit and take it.
