WTF? Oct 27th? Twin Cities? Terror Attacks?

What am I supposed to be doing here as a responsible citizen? I have been reading several threads (see below) that talk about "warnings" that tie into a potential "terrorist attack" on October 27th in the "Twin Cities" due to some historical stuff and some modern day "intelligence."

This is a message board, and to be frank, I don't know how credible the folks posting are, or whether they are just making stuff up, or whether they honest to goodness have "suspicions" but no proof or what. I am just NOT SURE what I should be doing here. Do I call the police in the cities affected so they can be on "extra high alert"? Do I ignore it as a potential "I want some attention" scam? Do I stock up my own personal supplies and just hold my breath to see if we're talking "paranoia" or "sensible caution" gripping these posters because I don't want to look like a fool if they are just playing games? WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO BE DOING HERE?

Frankly, I don't know folks, and I'm looking for some advice.

Call the cops, tell everyone you know, if you think there's a chance they aren't paying attention....

If nothing happens then you may be responsible for stopping it, if something does happen, you will be known as the prophet and will be looked to for wisdom.

5. On a re-read, my question may have come across rudely. My apologies.

What I'm trying to ask is whether or not (having reviewed the threads and/or gotten information elsewhere) you PERSONALLY would feel comfortable contacting authorities, etc. I have now talked to two friends locally, and in both cases I said "look, these are internet RUMORS and I don't know how credible they are." There is a certain amount of "embarrassment" that comes of possibly spreading misinformation; I guess I'm asking (in a really lame way) if anyone else is doing it, too? I am not overly confident about the sources, and if I raise a fuss, my future credibility on "warnings" may be damaged. I don't want to be crying "WOLF" if its just a bunch of pretty sheep....???
