2. We may not know by November 3

With the voting irregularities going on all over the place, there may be challenges and recounts. It wouldn't suprise me at all if we had to wait several days to know actual results, even in a landslide situation.

4. Maybe not a landslide but significant enough

to forestall very much legal bullshit. If Kerry can get over 300 EV then any GOPuke efforts to knock out more than one state will be an obvious attempt to steal the election.

Even this Supreme Court is unlikely to decide in their favor.

5. K 53% - B47% AFTER WHAT THEY STEAL --

I really don't think * is going to get more than 40-45% legally. His lemming base is larger than I'm comfortable with but it's not 50%. He's losing true conservatives, old fashioned republicans, some of the security moms...
I think they'll attempt to steal another 1-3% but our team isn't getting caught by surprise again - "fool me once shame on you - fool me twice..uh uh...I won't get fooled again"
