OK all you bosses out there. Be decent and let your employees fully participate in our democracy. My business partners and I have issued the following memo this evening to our employees:
"Several partners in the office have decided to volunteer to assist with voting on election day. Because this is an important issue for us, we felt that we should provide the same opportunity to all of the staff. Anyone who wishes to take part or all of Tuesday off for the purposes of volunteering for the election may do so. We will use the honor system, but we reserve the right to make inquiries about your election activities. We don't care which party or candidate you are supporting. We also are happy to accomodate anyone who will be coming in to work but who needs to take some time out of the day to vote."
