Weapons story - 4 days worth of legs
So here it's Thursday, and the weapons depot story is still alive in the news and on the campaign trail.

I think it's about time for the MN reporter embed video to hit the mainstream media TODAY to squash Chimpy's lame retort...then run with it through the final weekend.

1. We need to keep this going through the Sunday talk shows.
Yassar's gall stones tried to take over yesterday, but unless he dies, his story is pretty much over.

If Bush* cries tomorrow during his OH SO IMPORTANT speech, we'll know what he's crying about... not 9/11 but losing the election again.

2. Bush kept it alive by talking about it
He came out yesterday and discussed the story at one of his campaign stops. Sure, he ridiculed Kerry, but the point is that he talked about it.

Bad move for the Bushies.

3. MSNBC just showed something about thousands of explosives found
Edited on Thu Oct-28-04 09:15 AM by wishlist
I came in on the middle of MSNBC's story showing a military officer stating that there were huge quantities of explosives when troops came through, and there was video of Iraqis picking up boxes. But then they had that Pentagon correspondent pushing the allegation that Russians might have taken them and that they were all gone before we invaded. Media needs to make it more clear that the high Pentagon officials are Bush Administration officials (political appointees) spreading the information downplaying the story with several different spins.

4. Those godless Russkies
First they steal the explosives and then they tell the world they had nothing to do with it.

Well, we know what to think about that right? Ditto!
