Example n of Kerry's campaign strategy brilliance...
Self-made news: Kerry is going to have the largest political rally every in Wisconsin, with Bruce Springsteen "headlining."

By staging a massive event and keeping the Alqaaqaa (sp?) thing alive, he is making it so LOUD that almost any surprise the GOP tries to spring will be drowned out.

At what point did Kerry's campaign become so savvy? I think that when Carville joined the battle, the campaign began fighting and fighting hard. That event coupled with Kerry's discussion with Clinton during Clinton's hospital stay...

1. It became savvy when the adults took over
Namely Joe Lockhart, Mike McCurry and John Sasso. And Bob Shrum was set aside.

i've seen three polls now that show either a bush LEAD in pa, or it tied.

8. Who's ceding PA to Bush?
Those polls are full of shit. Even the tracking polls (Zogby, Rasmussen) have Kerry up in PA. If turnout here is what the Kerry people are expecting, and working toward, he will win this state without a problem.

4. Ya know what else was brilliant?
They scheduled this event in Madison when the Teacher's Convention is in town

Talked to several teachers yesterday who are ditching the convention for the rally!
