CNN reports the Bush campaign response to the airing of Giuliani's blaming the troops gaffe on the Today Show!

The brazenness of this is astounding. But, hey, the media still see the Emperor clothed.

Now who is the one who will say and do anything to win? The Bush/Cheney campaign! Just ask John McCain!

3. Kerry needs to come out and call Bush on trying to hide behind the troops
whenever He gets criticized. Edwards said it yesterday but Kerry may need to say it himself.

Bush was never a troop! :eyes: If you insult Kerry, a decorated war veteran, THEN you would be insulting the troops. :evilgrin:

If you follow the Repug logic, America must have really hated the troops during the Clinton impeachment!

Dems can't criticize the presi:dunce: because they consider that to be criticizing the troops, which is bad, but rudy ghouly can bypass the criticizing of the presi:dunce: and just criticize the troops directly, and that's good? :crazy:

correlating the leader with the troops, the society, and country as a whole - in the manner that they're attempting. What's scary is that it's borrowed from totalitarianism.
