vacation! I really would like to know what's going on there too.

Is lingle doing such a good job that the Hawaiians want to take her advice and vote for bushtard?

4. Why waste Gore in Hawaii?
It's a core Dem state - he should be in FL

9. Because its not as core as you think
Both camps are spending ad money and now two high scale campaign officials are making appearances there in the final weekend.

This state seems to be up for grabs, and it makes no sense to me.

11. Not Any More, or Gore Wouldn't Be Going There
We must have lost a lot of ground in Hawaii somehow.

13. some how?
Hawaiians are pissed off about our electoral process. They feel that their votes don't count b/c they don't have a lot of EV's and they are dead last when the polls close.

Not to mention that Dems and pukes have the very bad habit of ignoring Hawaii, just like Alaska is usually ignored. (Who are another group of people who feel jyped by time-zones.

5. If their sending Cheney the polls must be closer than I would like
but don't fret, Hawaii will be blue. Gore is a great surrogate. He won Hawaii handily in 2000.

12. Gore vs Cheney - I like our chances in that Hawaiian face-off
Why chance HI? Gore took the state by 19% so why not let him ensure the 4 EVs?

14. Yeah, let Gore go back and remind
them why he took the State by 19% in 2000!

I can't believe they are so snookered out there.

I hope things change when I get back there in 2006!
