I can't believe this. I think it's desperate but probably Rove's idea of inevitability. Cheney's trip to Hawaii might actually help him in other states, give the campaign some good news for a change. They have been beat up all this week. I don't think they actually plan on winning Hawaii. It will give them a lot of press.

I don't think Hawaii will go red. Even if they did, if the GOP wants to put resources in Hawaii, we'll respond by putting more in Florida.

If we take the trifecta of Florida, Ohio, and Pennsylvania, we've won.

7. I lived in Hawaii. I still work there a lot. They WONT get it.

Hawaii Republicans are enjoying an unusual bump in their traditionally Democrat heavy polls. This is going to be tough.

When Kucinich was told that visiting Hawaii would give him Convention Electors, he did it. Consequently, he got his biggest lot of electors from Hawaii.

Live and learn. I'm going to have to make some telephone calls now to my friends in Hawaii.
