Does anyone else see the hypocrisy here? When Dick & Bush are on the campaign stumps trying to scare the bejesus out of us (literally), the say that we have to be right 100% of the time, the terrorists only have to be right one time.

At the same time, when it comes to bungling the security of weapons stockpiles - remember we fight them there so they can't possibly think of fighting us here - the Dyspeptic Duo suddenly come up with the Glass-Half-Full Doctrine of fighting terrorists.

So which is it guys? Let me guess - John Kerry is a pussy. Right, right...Mr. I've-Got-Shrapnel-in-my-Ass is afraid of getting tough on the bad guys. Gotcha.
