What happened to that other "terrorist" tape...
with the American guy talking? It looked like a hoax, did it turn out to be? Seems it was news and then went away...is that why they are trying to trot out Osama now?

3. They figured...
That original tape would be enough...when it bombed and they ended up with egg on their faces after today's "news conference", it was time to pull out the big guns (ie "plan B")
