All Polls are bull*
I watched the guy that owns/runs the Zogby Poll last night and he was absolutely at a loss as to how the race in Iowa has become so close. He stammered about the inaccuracies of polling and then threw out the fact that polls have a + or - factor larger than most of the spreads. The fact is that the pollsters are blowing enough hot air to affect global warming.
An old adage is to "follow the money". When a large part of all the money wasted on these elections falls into the very hands that are pretending to certify is some manner the results, something stinks!
I am old enough to remember the days before polling. The news carried the speeches and more of all the candidates. Many of the great speeches we hear quoted come from election speeches.
Now, most of the coverage about who has the most money, what do the polls show, and who's doing what to who.
It is no wonder that American's have found it so hard to find and elect the people who would serve them best.
I think we should remove the pollsters and then the lawyers.

3. If my candidate is behind, they are total bullshit.
If he's ahead, they have to be taken with a grain of salt, don't want to get complacent, we still have to get those voters to the polls, etc.

5. Youre missing the points, the candidates and outcome are irrelevant
When Americans are not in control of the outcome.

4. Your totally on** No matter what the results may indicate
I thought this quote particular telling......even a bit concerning

This quote reminds me of some of the baffled pollsters during the 2002

<<I watched the guy that owns/runs the Zogby Poll last night and he was absolutely at a loss as to how the race in Iowa has become so close. >>

I think some of the pollsters ARE actually baffled.

The question is why?

6. Why would he know the answer to the question why?
Unless they asked it as part of the poll?

7. I think the pollsters are running a scam
They are driving the election like a team of horses. The ups and downs manipulated to spark interest ($) in one candidate or the other. The grand finale is always a neck and neck. The polls have turned our political process into a ratings contest and have removed the importance of critical dialog.
