Honestly, this sort of stuff pisses me off big time. It isn't racist to scrutinize the appointment of a Hispanic individual, if you're only questioning their record. Just because they're a minority doesn't give them immunity from the type of scrutiny any other person would receive.

If the democrats are just going to bend over backwards for any evil person bush wants appointed to this or that, JUST BECAUSE that person is a minority...there is no hope.
