I don't think Kerry will sue. The bar for libel is so high for a major politician that it is almost impossible. And it was said in the context of a campaign for POTUS. That puts the bar even higher. Kerry wouldn't be able to win. You can say almost any lie in a POTUS campaign and it is protected speech.

I'm not from MASS. unfortunatly but I have met alot of people through this campaign is and become friends with alot of them. I know how popular Kerry is in MASS. In fact most people there when they here this they will be laughing their a$$e$ off and saying bring it on.
