In that whole pathetic ramble, the worst line was "I don't know" if Sleazy is a neo-con. Biden hasn't done his homework, has he? If he was so concerned about the "neo-cons" perhaps he might have studied up on PNAC and asked some hard questions. Has he learned anything in his 32 years in the Senate except how to be a useless camera hogging blowhard?
