Is anyone tacking up anti-Bush posters around their neighborhoods?
It occurs to me that if there are enough posters saying Bush lost or is a fascist or whatever on telephone polls, etc,, kids on their way to school and people who have to walk through their neighborhoods will be presented with issues they might otherwise not be aware of. If everyone here committed to tacking up 50 flyers, I bet it would make a difference.

6. How about this?
Ramsey Clarke, the former Attorney General of the United States, having served under President Lyndon B. Johnson, is the leader of the 'Vote To Impeach Bush' movement. This group has collected 500,000 signatures, and needs a total of 5,000,000 signatures in order to present the case of impeachment to Congress.

Please sign the petition and forward it to all your progressive friends! Thanks everyone. )

The ImpeachBush Referendum

I want my representative in the U.S. House of Representatives to vote to impeach President George W. Bush, Vice President Richard B. Cheney, Secretary of Defense Donald H. Rumsfeld, and Attorney General John D. Ashcroft for high crimes and misdemeanors, and to have the case prosecuted and tried in the U.S. Senate...

9. I prefer stickers.

They stay up longer as they are harder to pull down and quicker to put up. I have been up to it for over a year. I particularly love bus stops as people are sitting around and have time to digest. I also go for drive through windows, ATM's and gas pumps (smaller stickers that will go unnoticed by management for a while), spots with heavy foot traffic. I really enjoy anti-oil industry materials left on pumps. Always a satisfying act of minor subversion.

I have a website full of satirical graphics that I have been producing for quite a while:

http://www.seedsofdoubt.com/distressedamerican/main.htm

There are tons of graphics there free for use if you are interested in some flyer fodder.

I have turned out hundreds of graphics. When they are finished, I print up a bunch on sticker paper and put them around. The faster they piss off a Bushie enough to try to pull them down, the harder hitting I assume the public finds the work. So, I use it as a indicator of public opinion.

What I really love about stickers it that a lot of the time the Bushie gives up after just getting the edge pulled up. I hope it pisses them off that they can't get the core part of the image.

You have to be careful though. Depending on your local laws, stickers may be considered vandalism where posters and flyers generally are not.
