anyone know? are they continuing tomorrow? or is it just...over? has Kerry been kidnapped or something, wtf?

7. It's a Quorum Call, if you are talking about the Senate
It's a delay technique, use to either delay or if someone who is about to speak, but hasn't shown up yet, they ask for a Quorum Call:crazy:

That sort of thing
