5. Done, and I filled out a Scarbourgh/Ron Reagan email to boot. Here:
This is what I wrote.

"It scares the peepers out of me. I'm waiting for the other shoe to drop. Who are we invading next, Iraq or Syria?

Pres. Bush declared Iraq a shining success. But what are these reports I hear from the BBC that voting were tied to getting food rations. And the quote in the NYT today broke my heart. The Some Iraqis were pinning their hopes on the election because they thought it would mean the Americans would be leaving their country then. I shudder to think what will happen now when they figure out we aren't going anywhere. You don't build 14 bases in a country because you're about to leave. Shining beakon of democracy my foot.

My only bright moment was when the Democrats booed the president's plans for Social Security. I thought I was listening to the House of Commons for a moment there. Good for them. It's an insurance policy, not an investment plan. I have a 401K account already. I don't need to tinker with Social Security. Neither do I need my Social Security benefits cut. I've been paying into it all my life. How is it, as some have suggested, asking for a "free lunch" to get some of that investment back in my old age. It's not."

9. Most of these votes must have been by Dems
if they were by both Dems and Repugs, then why weren't there more positive responses??? Doesn't this seem weird to anyone? How is it that the majority voted this asshole back into office, but now the majority is feeling negative about him and his policies??

Am I on Candid Camera??

10. I hate CNN...
they already have an article up claiming that people responding to a poll have approved of Bush's agenda in high numbers
