The neoCONspirators are the ones with complete responsbility for abusing their power, breaching their oathes, and manipulating the American people.

There is no crime in believing one should be able to trust their government. It is incorrigible and egregious for anyone to betray that trust!!

After all, isn't it far more reprehensible for someone to take advantage of another's gullibility or ignorance or trust than to be gullible, ignorant or trusting? Should we place all the responsibility on the victim or the predator?
