We Can Expose Bush "SS FRAUD" All We want, But it Won't Work !
Edited on Thu Feb-03-05 02:30 PM by KoKo01
It won't work because if MSNBC/CNN devote all their time to Bush's stump speeches like they did today then it proves we are are back to "Campaign Bush Hype Mode for the Cables."

Unless our Dems start blasting the media...and call "Democratic Congressional Hearings on Media Propaganda" to expose the lack of air time for the Democratic Perspective, we will have 2004 all over again. The folks who watch the MSM being brainwashed while those of us who don't watch it, but know the truth, relegated to writing articles for
the few liberal magazines and posting rebuttals on the internet blogs trying to be heard over the cheering.

When will our Democrats wake up to the Media Pravda which has to follow the Chimp around 24/7 recording his every word when he wants to push through a program? Good articles exposing this SS Fraud are in the NYT's and WaPo today. But, how many average Americans will see them when their hometown conglomerate/corporate owned newspaper will be parroting Bush and re-enforcing what the Cables are telling them.?

Edited: for length.

1. make this a litmus test for '06 congress
and they will go down in flames. It's why they are rushing it through now- they will pay in blood if this becomes a campaign issue for '06.

5. It won't work
Sadly, since the Dems are in the minority if they hold hearings they would not have subpoena power. Therefore they wouldn't be able to compel testimony and couldn't get to the truth.

6. But under the Constitution the President
is responsible for ensuring that the laws of the United States are faithfully executed. I bet if we ask the President to uncover and punish this illegal activity, then he'll...

Oh wait... Never mind!

7. So, let's sit down, shut up, give up and do nothing.
No use wasting our energy on hopeless causes over which we are powerless.

Right?

What's the point?

Accept reality: We lose no matter what we say or what we do.

So. Sit down. Shut up. Give up. Do nothing.

8. No! I don't think we are "powerless" at all. We just don't yet
understand "our power" and the good it can do out there. We haven't learned quite yet how to "FOCUS" all our energy. :D
