My thoughts on these Bush tapes
Earlier I was thinking about this and even though I have no clue if this could be a case for these tapes I thought about posting anyways. I was watching a few minutes of Joe Scarborough because he's the only right-winger talk show host I can stand to listen to. All the others are too insane for me. Anyways. The first thing he talked about was the audio tapes of Bush and Wead. Now here's what I'm wondering about.
What if the neocons (those in charge of PNAC and who help them and are with them) back in the Clinton administration hired Lewinsky to help bring down the Clinton administration by paying her TONS of cash and promised her other things to get her to go along with them. We all know how they went and dug up all this information on Clinton and his past and knew of his ways with women so they knew he'd eventually fall hook, line and sinker. They somehow got to Lewinsky and she played everything out. When she became one of the administration she went after him and he fell for her and had the BJ. I was thinking about this because on Scarborough's show he played a few seconds of the Lewinsky tape with her and the girl. I was thinking what if all that audio tape stuff was a big set up by Lewinsky and this girl to get Clinton? We all know the neocons didn't like him and would've done ANYTHING to bring him down. When all this was going on Bush junior was governor of Texas and the neocons needed the perfect canidate. For whatever reason they had to bring down McCain. I think because he was an independent thinker and he would've never gone along with their PNAC plans like Bush junior could be bullied into because of his father and whatnot. So they saw how well an administration could be brought down using audio tapes that could be damaging. I've read Bush senior knew Wead so he could've easily gotten Bush junior to become friends with Wead because they both have the Christian religion in their lives and whatnot. I listened to the audio tapes and Bush has more of his "accent" in them and he sounds younger so I don't think they were taped recently. I do, however, think this is a setup to get us away from Gannon/Guckert and he was a neocon operative as well. He was paid to spread their propoganda and to leak information etc. and somehow it was found out about him and now the neocons in charge are angry at Bush for letting this happen and are sending these tapes out as a form of blackmail and that could be why they aren't playing all of them. They're sending a message out to Bush not to mess up their plans of PNAC with Guckert and they have goods on him. Scarborough siad something tonight that really lit a bulb in my head. In the beginning he asked a panel he had on (Robertson and two other guys) if this story will last and Scarborough said he didn't think so and that it won't last a day but the story has been going on a few days. We all know the neocons control the MSM in general and if they're talking about this constantly it has to be some sort of message I think and that we're onto something with Guckert. What do you think? Do you think it's a nutso theory or what? :tinfoilhat: I hope I made myself clear with this.

1. The right wingers clung to Lucianne's undisclosed taping
as heroic with Monica. What a laugh.

2. Yes I think it is a nutso theory- the only thing I see here is redirection
away from Gannon and to increase Bush's appeal to moderates- who keep falling for this shit- "he is really a nice guy inside- he dosen't really hate queers..etc.etc..." stupid ass moderates. I see Robve written all over this one- the guy with the tapes is from Amway, BTW. And i wish people would stop li0onizing McCain- he supports Bush. He is a Repug through and through and a Conservative Repug.

3. Well
You are absolutely right about Lewinsky. I thought everyone knew that. Big mouth rethug operative from git-go.

I don't really understand the rest.

4. It's farfetched. But what's telling, as somebody said earlier today,
is that our government has become so shady that we must consider the preposterous when analyzing its inner workings. Really, is the suggestion that Monica was paid off much more ludicrous than the notion that a gay prostitute had access to the whitehouse - possibly to the inner circle - and everybody seems to think it's just business as usual? Wait. Maybe that's because it IS just business as usual.

Just something that popped in my head. Doesn't hurt to post. I do think they are trying to get us away from the Guckert thing though. That's pretty clear. Something is there with him. Otherwise wouldn't the MSM be all over it? They did talk about Armstrong Williams a good little bit didn't they? So why not Guckert? Oh and I do think McCain is your average republican now days. I think they got to him as well or he's just a wussy and is afraid to stand up to those neocons.

6. Well, you are totally on when it comes to the fact that
the MSM is avoiding highlighting the real implications of the Gannon story.

No wonder we're paranoid. Our government has turned on us and half it's citizens are delusional. Worry not; you're in the best company!

7. Thanks
Nice to know I'm not the only one paranoid. :tinfoilhat: Heh heh. But I dunno. When Scarborough played the Lewinsky tape of her with the friend something just went off in my head. Could they have done that though? We all know how they didn't want to have him there and it would've been easy. Then they already had their perfect canidate in Bush. He would be easy to control and he would've gone along with the neocon ideas and PNAC plans because of Cheney and his brother being on the team. And now these tapes are out because of Guckert. Could the neocons be sending Bush a warning not to mess things up or he could go down as well?

8. Hmm. That last is an interesting idea.
The tapes as a warning? This is part of my fantasy - that Bush doesn't fulfill his promise and is taken down. Of course the problem then is what happens next. Who replaces Bush?

As for Lewinsky I must admit that the whole thing seemed so meaningless to me at the time that I paid little attention to the details. While I doubt she was a plant it is certainly possible that her situation could have been used to advantage by anybody who was willing to pay her what she thought she was worth. Especially once the affair was declared ended and she was officially denied by Clinton. A woman scorned and all that. You know, I'd like to be a fly on the wall of the future when the truth comes out. Ya know?

10. Repukes & Rovbots are often just exploiting situations. They knew
Bill Clinton had issues and they dug and they dug and they dug until they got what they needed. They had to mar/paint Clinton with something - otherwise some of the Red State people would have really liked him in the end. Because he was one of them.. southern dreamer.

and just think Clinton is great. I have the movie "Hunting of the President" but haven't seen it all yet. Of course I get sooo pissed off at the neocons. It was them who did it. Even when Clinton left office he had a 60% raiting and that was after the Monica scandal.

12. I'm not sure that neocons do that sort of thing. Seems to me that
IMHO Neocons are different than GOP or Rovebots - but that they all got together. To me neocons are pseudo-intellectuals. It was the GOP Reagan lovers with all of that privilege that couldn't stand Clinton because Clinton was just as good a president as Reagan in terms of potential to be loved & venerated (except he was the real thing deep down inside an intellect though he lacked the 'clear vision' of the actor - though less) and they couldn't stand the competition (or the fact that they had to pay taxes the only area in their sorry wealthy lives where they didn't have control the over-priviledged ***holes!. Added to this the advent of coordination amongst the corporations and think tanks & GOP to come up with a way to win (the magic combination they were missing or the year to have an elite win a democracy) and the payoff (turning back the clock of the power a lowly human had by suing a corporation for example) and there was a whole lot of money available for searching for dirt on Clinton in order that the usurping of America the democracy could continue.

And Democrats, perhaps only the most politically experienced able to see such 'darkness', got blind-sided and were powerless to stop "special prosecutors" etc. The manipulators that be used Janet Reno's famous integrity against her. Like stealing candy from a baby.

But I waffle on how deep the neocon tentacles go. I think their main crime was just in thinking they somehow, beyond any other human intellectual, could think better than others. And following Hitler's game plan is an area with not 'alot of competition' since most others who follow that thinking are mentally deranged and inadequate so they do not get too far in life (if society is lucky). So the arena was wide open (not many intellectuals were playing full time in the field of assumptions). So with neocon following the intellect of Hitler & the Rovbots following the emotional talents of Hitler ... you end up with what you got.

Neocons had a slate as white as snow when they got into power - as any 'unvetted premise' would be before it was vetted. Though they themselves idolize the way Hitler thought and acted ... I get the feeling they feel that Rove doing that as a political operative is below them and they would rather not know the details so compartmentalize.. just like Bush. And GOP interests and corporations would provide the cover, muscle, money, numbers to get it all done. Take back the revolution to make America a nation geared towards the needs of the elites and perpetual in its greatness. I cannot decide at times if the corporations are pulling something over on the elites. Or if the neocons are pulling one over on the gop, or if the corporations are pulling one over on neocons, or if Rove is pulling one over on them all and plans on starting his own corporation some day - a rogue, ruleless beast for sure. For sure the fundies are chumps. But that pile at the top - who can figure it out?

But I waffle on who is in control of what from week to week. Because I don't really know - do I?
