After what I saw in Keye's last campaign, Keye's should run anytime we want a Dem elected!

Maryland's other senator is Barbara Mikulski, white and Democrat.

Mfume would be guaranteed a victory. We should really just try to recruit Keyes whenever possible when we want to win a Senate seat.
