When the Chimp enunciates
He was on TV a few minutes ago, trying to speak. I know Kindergarten teachers speak slowly and distinctly for their short audience, but that's not how it looks to me =
he gives me the same impression as the drunks on "Cops" who are trying to fool somebody. Remember the guy in the Laurel & Hardy movies who played the drunk -- "Well, I'm not DRUNKKK! I'm goin' n there an' have me a li'l teenshy weenshy..."

Is he a little puffier than usual this morning? Been up past midnight signing executive orders? Flying AF1 around the globe handing out plastic turkey "dinners" at 6 a.m.?
