Discipline in the Democratic Party. Aside from electronic voting ...
and all the other election "irregularities" a question still remains for me. What would have happened if the Electoral College had Kerry up by one let's say, and that one voter in Minnesota had inadvertently cast that vote for John Edwards and not Kerry. I shutter the thought.

My point being this. When the Republicans have a balloon drop at their convention you can rest assure those balloons will drop exactly at the appointed time.

When one Rep. stands up in congress the rest will back that person up.

Discipline is what's needed in the Democratic Party!

I mean the above examples not in the sense of the proverbial elections problems or out of petty examples but out of discipline.

1. That's why they call the House vote counters "whips" -- whip it good!
:spank: em hard when the stray from the chosen path! I agree with this. We're getting there. Social Security has only one waffler, Ben Nelson, and he's probably been told what the deal is.

2. Republican's power is solely dependent on isolating us from one another
well, and the manufactured propaganda and mass media distortion/ hate radio and television Neo-cons promote and propel around the clock

If we turned off our television, walked out the front door, knocked on the door of our neighbors, said hi, borrowed sugar, sat down at the kitchen table for a chat, and eventually got to know one another and build relationships,

along with getting REAL information and the truth from sources like independent/alternative sources with no corporation backing or funding,

we would literally dismantle the neo-cons power and influence and render them totally obsolete and powerless.

That's how powerful and vital it is for Neo cons to keep the machine going that keeps Americans divided and separated from each other and from connecting on more familiar, intimate levels, discussing necessary issues that affect us all, numbed out, feared out and desensitized by television, and isolated from others. That is all that essentially keeps them where they are, is our separation to and from each other.
